Back in October I'd talked about a transition towards increased preventive health measures.
Consistent aerobic exercise is a part of this, already underway.
Here's the next phase: Aggressive Supplementation with megadoses of vitamins, antioxidants, amino-acids etc. "Nutritionals."
Below is a picture of my starting regime: 23 daily supplements. (I estimate I'll add about 5 more over the next couple of weeks.) Most of these are to be consumed twice a day, so to kick this Party off I'll be on 40 pills a day, then up from there.
Let the pill-poppin' begin.
